 Before the 1st hour was up, I had met 3 Stude people. I think that must be
some sort of record. One guy bad a '60 and '62 Lark, one guy had a '64
Hawk and one had a 37 President. Later in the day, met a guy with a '58
Packard Hawk in restoration. So Studebaker was well represented...just no
dedicated vendors (selling only Stude stuff.)

AND close to the end of the day, I found an almost IMMACULATE '57 Packard
sedan. The interior was the nearest thing to new I have EVER seen on a
car almost 50 years old. I could discern NO rust any where. Dunno the
mileage but a sign on the windshield said it still had the supercharger
AND the original bill of sale. The seller wanted $9500. It had a
Missouri Historical License but had come from Oklahoma.

Then as I was walking back to my space, I saw a '54 Champion coupe inside
a trailer. Couldn't see inside it but on the trunk it had Magic Marker
that said, "Yes it runs--No brakes--$5250" Had no stainless trim on the
rear fenders but the rest of it looked pretty good.

Tomorrow is supposed to be a little cooler (84) than today (92). And not
NEARLY so windy. I sure HOPE SO!
