Beauty is in the eye of the key holder I guess :)

Does eBay offer a correction service?
This might have caught the errors that detract from the description,
for example, "Marque", not "Mark" and spelling the name of the man he
quotes correctly.
If he has no interest in doing things propeerly in selling the car what
might he have done with the car carelessly?

The only way I can do a spell-check is to write it on a WP program,
then cut, come back to the NG, then paste.
I'm a thick-fingered, one-eyed dyslexic with both a British and an
American dictionary next to me but too lazy to use either.

(I did hear from the seller and pointed out a few improvements which
could be made.)

Being familiar (not in the Biblical sense, OCF) with Mr Wilson (he who
was quoted) sort of prompted me a bit.

The seller is right in that only two cars were painted this color and this
is the original color for this car. I am biased since I own one, each to his
own evils, but I think this is a very rare and beautiful car. I like the
color and the car. Obviously it has had a lot of work. Only things I see
that are not correct are the Packard on the glove box and the cigar lighter.

That is a beautiful example of the last of the marquee. Best ones to own > however, IMHO, would be a '64 GT Super Hawk w/4spd., or a '64 R2 Avanti > w/4spd. However, the finned Hawks are the best looking! IMHO :>)>

This is the color combo that was used for the Fairfield Mint model that
came out last year. I did not really think this was a real color!!!
I have one of the models. I am a bit neutral on the styling, but it is
nontheless an interesting car.

Its a real color. Mountain Blue Metallic. I think its a good color on the P
Hawk. I wonder why they only did two?
Of course the Packard Hawks were mostly done on spec and then sold through
the dealers. I guess they thought white was easier to sell.
