I found out the girl was talking about her computer router when she was
writing up my paper work. She mentioned router and it was that she couldn't
enter my info into the system.

But does anyone know why these lights would be coming on? The paper work
said Fault code 73 and needs a new DSE computer

Doooohh. no sooner posted that than I realized you wouldnt be getting
injector pulses if no spark signal to ECM
Would hurt to check anyway.. but I think we need to know if FP runs initial
key-on

If it's 10 deg with the SPOUT connector installed or not, that tells us > something. That the timing pulse isnt getting to ECM. >
You didnt mention if Fuel pump ran at key-on cycle>

6 degrees BTDC with SPOUT sensor out, bumps itself to 10 with SPOUT in,
and yes, the high-pressure inline pump on the frame primes itself at
key-on although i cant hear whether the selected in-tank passive pump
is priming. With the shunt in, all 3 pumps run simultaneously, although
according to the never-wrong Haynes manual <insert sarcasm here>, only
the selected in-tank pump should run.

Well, that spout-in timing doesnt sound right.. but I'm thinking you have a
problem with your tank selector/relays/solenoids

And I dont know where they are.
