Bill, one question: What state have they done all of ^this^ in?

I have e-mailed the Florida DMV already. It has been a while since I
e-mailed them. No response. Tomorrow, I will probably go by the local
DMV and see if anyone there knows. I still have a few days before the
auction ends. I will probably buy the car anyway, and worry about the
COD later. Coincidentally, my work is on the corner of the street the
DMV is on.
