Any good radiator shop should be able to re-core a Model A radiator.
Their suppliers either stock them or can make them.

While you're going to the expense, put in a 4-row core. It's
do-able. I had one done like that a year ago.

Make sure the radiator shop understands that the core will be visible
and that they should keep all tubes in place. This means the outer
row of tubes will wind up being dummies. (At least it's that way with
the '28 and '29 radiators. '30/'31 radiators are different, so I am
not sure about them.)
