My computer is acting up a bit today so I'm starting a new thread to be
sure you get this. Friends, I do owe you a pic of my Spider so here it
is. I uploaded it to my personal web site.

I guess I'm a bona fide Alfa owner now. My fuel pump started to spew
gas last week. The previous owner handed me a new fuel pump when I
bought the car and now I know why he had it :) ... he probably had to
replace the sucker once or twice himself! Fortunately, a "muscle car"
garage near me was very nice about it and installed it for a 1 hour
labor charge.

Gee ... maybe I should have gone for that Toyota MR2 Spyder instead of
the Alfa after all :) :) .. hey, not kidding. I'm considering it as we
speak.

Summer is almost over here in Arizona. I should be driving my Alfa on
a daily basis in less than a month.

Nice! Looks pretty tidy.

Looks like the roads up towards Payson and the Tonto Natl Mon would be a
fun loop - Alfas don't like all those square blocks!!

You're right about that Dr. I think a nice leisurely drive with the
top down would be a wonderful way to spend a day. I'll plan on it!
Take care for now. Dan

Nah, you're not a *proper* Alfa drive until you've left large chunks of your
car on the drive when driving away after the winter :)

Ha ! ... I think you're right Catman. I'm getting the feeling that to
really enjoy an Alfa ... you get in, turn the key, point your car,
close your eyes, hit the gas ... and smile for as long as you can.

If I don't wind up selling it, and going for a more reliable MR2
Spyder, I'm going to drive this car every day and enjoy every minute of
it .. that's for sure. When the car finally decides it's had enough on
this earth ... I'll contact you guys and you can buy the parts :)
