| | I have a 97 Jimmy with 165,000 miles. The tranny has been replaced along with the converter. I'm now getting the following codes PO740, PO753, PO758. Can anyone tell me if this looks like I'm going to have to replace the tranny again, or is there a wiring/computer problem. Any kind of info would be appriciated. Thanks. |

| | I love my newly purchased blazer, but.... It died on me on my way to work! There is no leaks, no fumes, no smoke, no funky smells,new fuel filter(after the fact) and the when I start the engine it turns. It sounds normal except for the fact that it does'nt start. Maybe the gas is'nt getting to the engine? Don't kmow. If you have any ideasf ,feel free to comment.

| | i am in desprate need of a pic for an 81-86 cj7 emissions system intact in its original state.
i have an 85cj7, failed emissions (nox) relating to the fact there are no vacuum/hoses hooked up. egr no hoses. i have a wonderfull color pic of the 80-86 schematics for the emissions.
however, since i bought this jeep i found out that previous owner micky moused emissions.
please, i need a diagram/picture of an original cj7 258i 6. can some one please piont me in the right direction, and not to the scrap yard. |

| | I have a clicking noise from the right front with my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7 v8,at,4x4,90kmiles. The transmission seems to have a clunking, like a loose universal joint in drive shaft, when coming to a stop. My local mechanic said he didn't know the problem but it was internal, maybe the chain in the transfer case. A Carquest service facility said it was the right front bearing and that they would have to replace the right front hub to fix the bearing. Also my power steering is leaking and I noticed the nut on the hose was loose with fluid leaking around it, my mechanic friend said I needed a new hose only availible from the dealer for about $200.00. What do y'all think? |

| | i have a 1997 honda civic dx coupe. i was driving and all of a sudden i started to smell gas. and the car started to skip like when water gets in the engine. all when i would hit the gas it wasnt getting any power. felt like it might cut off. i asked around and a few people told me to just gety a major tune up and make sure to get the fuel filter changed and that should fix it. what do u think? |
