 P-1870 = 'transmission component slipping'

P-1860 = 'torque converter clutch solenoid circuit malfunction'

porobably set an 1870 first and continued driving burned up the clutch in
the converter to where the ECM no longer sees ANY drop in RPM at TCC
application and set the 1860
