97 GMC Sierra misfire

 My truck started ideling rough and engine light came on. I had it scanned
and the code was a misfire on cyl. 5 I have replaced the plugs, wires,
cap, rotor, pcv valve, and fuel filter. It is still running rough till
about 2000 rpm and engine light is on . I had it scanned again and came up
with same code. The truck is 4x4 with 5.7 vortec throttle body injection.
