Chevy Blazer 2.8 exhaust

noL 24 February 2006 17:58:41
 I have a 2.8 4x4 blazer s10 and I was thinking of getting a new exhaust
system. I am looking for a dual exhaust system that will deliver power
but also some great sound. Does anyone know where i can purchase one
for my blazer? I don't care if it's not dual, I just want to get more
power but mainly i want a deep sound to it. thanks

Great sound? Be honest with your self... There is no "great sound" from
a V6. I'd go to a local exhaust shop and have them build one. Prolly
save some money and time.

I had an 89 Beretta with a 2.8 that sounded pretty good. It was a
fake-dual-exhaust. There was only 1 catalytic converter, after that the
muffler was mounted sideways, with 1 input on 1 side but 2 outputs, 1 on
each side, going to 2 separate tailpipes. This was all stock.

hey 2.8? That sucks i got a 2001 Blazer and it has a 350 crate motor in it and a posi rear end. It runs 14.22 in a 1/4 mile. And i got dual exhaust cut offs right before the rear tires. It sounds great and it is fast. That might be a good idea but i dont think it would sound good since u got such a small engine try and see what happens next time buy a real tuck and not some piece of shit.
